During the month of December we will offer gourmet holiday sweets and specialty trays beautifully presented and ready to serve.

Orders will be available December 1st-31st.

Each tray serves approximately 8-10 people.

Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance.

• Phyllo Sampler Platter An array of mini spanikopita triangles, raspberry and brie purses adn herb boursin phyllo kisses
• Filet of Beef Tenderloin Platter Roasted medium rare and sliced thin served with creamy horseradish sauce and sour dough rolls
• Filet of Pork Tenderloin Platter Slow roasted and sliced thin served with cranberry apricot mayo and sour dough rolls
• Fresh Fruit & Cheese K-bobs Seasonal fresh fruit with import and domestic cheeses artfully displayed
• Gourmet Mini Sandwich Platter Roast beef with basil mayo, roast turkey with cranberry apricot mayo, honey ham with mango chutney all on petit pan rolls
• Savories Sandwich Loaf Layers of curried tuna salad, pineapple chicken cashew salad, and ham and pickle salad
• Buffalo or Ranch Chicken Bites  Chicken bites filled with ranch or buffalo sauce
• Lefsa Pinwheel Platter An assortment of holiday fillings rolled into lefsa, cut and displayed in decorative pinwheels
