Menu Selection & Pricing

We hope that we can meet your needs and exceed your expectations when selecting a menu.  Menu prices will only be guaranteed with a deposit and signed contract.  Certain menu items are subject to market availability.  Menus must be confirmed a minimum of 30 days prior to your event.  All menu items are subject to a 17% service charge, 9% sales tax and hourly staff charge.  Events requiring service staff will automatically be charged one hour of set-up and one hour of tear down.  For off premise events that require china service there is a fee of $3.50 per person. 

Deposits & Payments

A deposit of $200.00 is required upon receipt of the signed contract.  Fifty percent of the remaining balance of the anticipated food and beverages sales will be required 90 days in advance of the scheduled event.  Twenty five percent of the remaining balance is required 30 days prior to the event.  The remaining balance is due the week of the event.  All deposits are refundable up to 90 days prior to the event.  Cancellations made after this will forfeit the deposit.  Corporate events may be invoiced with approved credit.

Guarantees

We appreciate an approximate number of guests upon booking your event.  You are responsible to provide a final guarantee of the number of attendees three business days prior to your event.  After this time the number of guests may not be reduced.  If a final guarantee is not received on time, Savories will prepare for, serve, and charge for the last estimated number noted on your contract.

Additional Charges

Events not requiring on site service staff will be charged a delivery fee of $30.00 for the Duluth area and $40.00 for the Superior area.  Events outside the Duluth/Superior area are subject to a mileage charge of $2.50 per mile.  An additional travel charge of $20.00 per hour per employee may also apply.
